Risk Assessment – DVR

Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, Article 28, establishes the obligation to assess all risks related to the health and safety of workers through the preparation of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR – Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi).

Our consultants carry out on-site inspections at company premises to verify the status of documentation and to prepare or update risk assessments and the DVR.

Quality is a priority for us: for this reason, we prepare Risk Assessment Documents that contain real evaluations, not merely formal observations.

External RSPP Appointment

The Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) is the company coordinator responsible for workplace safety.

Whenever this role is not carried out by the employer or an internal employee, APCONSULTING offers the service of external RSPP appointment, through its specialized consultants.

Our consultants hold the certifications and qualifications required by Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and regularly attend professional training and refresher courses.

Quality is important to us: for this reason, we provide each client with one or more binders to organize safety documentation and supply copies of the certificates proving the training of the appointed RSPP consultants.

Emergency and Evacuation Plans

APCONSULTING develops emergency and evacuation plans that define the procedures and actions to be taken in case of an emergency, ensuring a safe and orderly evacuation.

When preparing emergency plans, we collaborate with fire safety officers to define the most effective organizational measures.

We care about long-term quality: upon request, we can provide plexiglass or glass display supports for emergency floor plans, ensuring they remain visible, easy to consult, and durable over time.

Evacuation Drills

Knowing the emergency plan and carrying out periodic evacuation drills enables companies to respond quickly and effectively to any emergency, reducing risks and potential injuries.

We organize and manage emergency drills for companies and public venues such as:

• theaters
• and other public facilities

To make drills more realistic and effective, we can also arrange trained actors to simulate emergency scenarios.

Fire Prevention Procedures – CPI

APCONSULTING supports companies and organizations in managing fire prevention procedures and obtaining or renewing the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI).

We collaborate with qualified and authorized technicians who can certify the correct execution of works and manage procedures with the Provincial Fire Department.

OHSAS 18001 Management Systems

APCONSULTING assists companies in the development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SGSL) in compliance with the British Standard OHSAS 18001 and UNI-INAIL guidelines.

DUVRI, POS, PSC

When work, services, or supplies are entrusted to contractors or self-employed workers, APCONSULTING prepares the Interference Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI).

in accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08.
